Delivery

When you can expect delivery?


If you live in Ireland
Normal Deliveries:
Up to 21 day for delivery
Potentially lost product/s for Ireland delivery only:
Should you believe that your delivery has been lost a number of steps are required but nothing can be done of some 3 weeks because our choice of postal services will not deal with any query until three working weeks (15 working days) have expired from the time that your product has been posted to you.  At that point we would like you to contact us at cs@eblacksquare.com ; you should forward to us the following details in order to expedite a satisfactory resolution – your name and address and your order number and or the Voucher code received from the deal site. We will then pursue the problem without delay.


If you live outside of Ireland or if you live in Northern Ireland but in the EU
Normal Deliveries:
If you have bought from a deal site your delivery can take up to 21 days. We use a mixed service for deliveries. Hermes, Royal mail etc. If you require a tracking number we can provide in approx. 10 days after order is processed.Should you believe that your delivery has been lost please email us on cs@eblacksquare.com ; you should forward to us the following details in order to expedite a satisfactory resolution – your Voucher code if applicable, name and address and your order number. We will then pursue the problem without delay. If you do not provide the required information we cnanot reply to your emails.


If you live outside of  the EU
Normal Deliveries:
An Post indicates that it can take up to 30 days for delivery to be completed.
Potentially lost product/s:
Should you believe that your delivery has been lost a number of steps are required but nothing can be done for some 6 weeks(30 days approx.) because An Post will not deal with any query until 6 working weeks (30 days) have expired from the time that your product has been posted to you.  At that point we would like you to contact us at cs@eblacksquare.com ; you should forward to us the following details in order to expedite a satisfactory resolution – your name and address and your order number. We will then pursue the problem without delay.


If your delivered product is damaged in transit
If the product you receive is damaged or defective it will be accepted by us if you return it to us, subject to the terms of the product guarantee or warranty. Your statutory entitlements will be unaffected by this procedure.
When you return the damaged item to us we will replace it if there is no further damage incurred; this will require you to repackage the item properly and adequately to ensure its safe return.
In order to ensure that we can replace the damaged item you should either refuse delivery of the item or return it, with proof of posting,  within 2 days of receipt of the delivery by you. You should also inform us of the problem within 2 days of receipt of the item. Failure to highlight any problems within 2 days of receipt of the product makes you liable for any returns costs.
If you exceed these terms of return the replacement of the product by us is at our sole discretion.
We will post your replacement item to you within 14 days of the receipt of the returned item by us.

NOTE: If your item arrives and you are not satisfied with it we will refund your postage costs but we do not cover any returns sent by courier service, tracked or signed for delivery. 


If you decide that you do not wish to retain the item
The following are the conditions under which we will accept return of the item/s that you have decide you do not want:
-You may cancel your order within a maximum of two weeks (14 days) by notifying us of this by email, by phone or by post within that period.
-We must receive the returned item/s together the relevant order number within a week (5 working days) of your notification to us of your intention to return the item/s.
-You are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging, if any.
-We will not be able make a refund to you of the cost of the delivery of the item to your address.
-You should obtain and retain for your records a proof of posting and produce it to us if we request it from you as a part of this return process.
-The item/s must be in good condition when received by us i.e. that we can resell them.

NOTE: We do not cover any returns sent by COURIER SERVICE  and or REGISTERED POST. 

NON DELIVERY OF GOODS

We aim to deliver all our orders (using a thrid party of our choice) within the specified delivery times listed above. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control, some items are not delivered. In the unfortunate event that your item is not delivered we will require the customer to provide proof of address (a bill head dated in the last two months is the only proof acceptable). Purchassing an item of ours through a deal site or this site binds you to our terms for delivery or non delivery of goods, set out herein.  By purchsing from us you agree to accept all of our terms and understand and agree we may ask for further information if requested for the Courier service used for your delivery. We cannot accept any non delivery claims after 60 days have passed of receipt of your payment.


Important

We automatially post to your PAYPAL address unless you specifically email us at css@eblacksquare.com with an alternative address within 24hours of placing your order.
If you do not adhere to all of the above requirements we may refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charge) to you but we stress that this is solely at our discretion.
